Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique reference code.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the grooming products in their original box, ensuring all components are included and the exterior is properly sealed for transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
